As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Nevada and California, I obtained my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from Mount St. Mary’s University. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient programs, providing counseling services to those who have experienced depression, anxiety, and trauma. My expertise includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Family Systems, TF-CBT, and the Gottman Model.

I believe that effective psychotherapy should be tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, and I am dedicated to working collaboratively with my patients to help them achieve their goals for personal growth, happiness, and balance. If you are facing challenging circumstances or seeking to make positive changes in your life, I would be honored to assist you on your journey.
